		<description>Congrats on going veg!  It is really easy to do isn't it?  Watch the cheese intake if you are concerned about looking great in your swimsuit.  Cheese, although one of the tastiest foods on this earth, is super high in fat.  I like to measure my portions and compare it w/ the Nutrition Facts on back, it helps keep me 'honest'!  Great site, look forward to checking back!</description>
