10 Day Vegetarian Diet - Day 4

Today was a restaurant day all around. I went to Moe’s for lunch today and had a burrito wrap with black beans, yellow rice, cheese, pico, and salsa……..yum! I didn’t miss the chicken I usually order at all. Tonight I’m ordering a cheese pizza with broccoli and garlic, so my kids still get their veggies and I get my pizza fix.

Today doesn’t actually help my swimsuit dilemma (fitting into it) for my upcoming vacation in 3 weeks, but it’s been one of those days where everything’s a little crazy. To read all about it, visit my other blog Life In The Burb.

    This recipe looks really good and kind of rich with all the cheeses and egg but satisfying never the less.

    Congrats on going veg! It is really easy to do isn’t it? Watch the cheese intake if you are concerned about looking great in your swimsuit. Cheese, although one of the tastiest foods on this earth, is super high in fat. I like to measure my portions and compare it w/ the Nutrition Facts on back, it helps keep me ‘honest’! Great site, look forward to checking back!
